What do Homes2Go homes cost?

Homes2Go house prices start from $119k, finished and ready to place onsite. We also have options right up to $179k… and another choice house built on a concrete pad at your site for $219k.  We can also custom build, so whatever you’re looking for, let us know!

What if I want something customised?

We can customise however you like, ranging from full customisation, or just a few minor alterations to plans to make the house a perfect fit for you… whatever you are considering let us know and we’ll find the most cost-effective way to build your dream.

Do you guarantee your workmanship?

We are passionate about what we do, and we take serious pride in our work and our attention to detail.  Nothing we do is cheap, or fast.  Our quality builds are guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years up to 10 years, in accordance with the NZ Building Act 2004.

Are there hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs in our builds.  We are up front about what is included and what is not. See the floorplans for a full specification on how we finish the houses, and if you have any questions we welcome a chat!

We are happy to do house and land packages where we can, however these prices are for the house only, ready to deliver to your site. (Or built onsite on concrete for the $219k house).
Additional costs you may incur over and above what you are buying from us:

  • Section
  • Transport and Piling, approx $10,000 (delivered within 2.5hours of New Plymouth)
  • Site Utilities and Services, approx $10,000

Can you Build onsite at our location?

We certainly can, and while this will save you transportation costs, it will incur a fee for our workforce to get to and from site for the duration of the project that would be considerably lower than the eventual transportation of the completed home.

Do you only build these style of homes?

We have experience in building a wide range of homes and buildings.  Through the course of this experience we have learnt the most affordable way to build top quality housing and make it accessible and quick to deliver, and that is the homes we are marketing here, pre-permitted, affordable, comfortable and warm.
When we build other homes that are custom, unique and need new permits it is simply a longer process, and the cost is higher.  We will build most anything you desire just let us know what you’re after.
